If a Credit Union Administrator contacts us with questions related to Admin LMS permissions (for example, access to user records,  transcripts, or reports), please use the SR below provided by the NCUA CURE Administrators.


Standard Response:


Please note that administrator access in NCUA CURE is limited to NCUA training staff. Because of this, Credit Union Administrators do not have access to reporting features or administrative tabs within the system.

For privacy reasons, we’re also unable to share information related to user registrations, accounts, or transcripts. If you need to review an employee’s transcript or confirm whether an account has been created, we recommend having the employee provide a copy of their transcript directly to you or confirm if they have created an account.
