Module 5 within the Board of Directors Video Series Complete curriculum contains an inactive video titled 'The NCUA Examination: The Six Risk Categories'. Although the video is still playable, its inactive status prevents it from being marked as completed, which in turn prevents user progression within the full curriculum.
The NCUA CURE Administrators have provided a workaround to allow users to continue. Users must locate Module 5 as a standalone curriculum and complete it independently. The inactive video has been removed from the standalone module, but this update has not been reflected within the full Board of Directors Video Series Complete curriculum. Once the standalone Module 5 is completed, the system will also mark Module 5 as complete within the full curriculum, allowing the user to proceed to Module 6 without issue.

IMPORTANT! While this workaround allows users to progress through and access the remainder of the curriculum, the full curriculum will not reach 100% completion and will remain at 98% due to the inactive video. If a user raises concerns about the completion status, please create a ticket to escalate a completion request to the NCUA CURE Administrators. |

Thank you for your patience while I looked into this for you. There’s a known issue with Module 5 (The NCUA Examination Process) in the Board of Directors Video Series Complete curriculum due to an inactive video titled ‘The Six Risk Categories’. The NCUA CURE Administrators have shared a workaround that will allow you to continue with the training by launching and completing Module 5 on its own, outside of the full curriculum.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Locate the search box in the upper-right corner and enter: Board of Directors Video Series 5: The NCUA Examination Process.
2. Once on the course page, you may see a message indicating that you are already registered for this training. Please go ahead and request it again.
3. After opening the course, you should see three videos instead of four.
4. If the next available video is unlocked, you may proceed and complete it. If the video is locked, you will need to rewatch the first video to continue, as the videos must be completed in order. The first video is approximately 4 minutes long.
5. Once all three videos are completed, return to your transcript by hovering over the Learning tab from the menu bar and selecting Transcript from the drop-down options.
6. Open the Board of Directors Video Series Complete curriculum from your transcript. You should now see Module 5 marked as completed and be able to proceed to Module 6 and the remaining modules.
