Thank you for your patience. Here is how you can access your certificate:

1. Hover over the "Learning" tab. 
2. Click on "Transcript" from the dropdown menu. 
3. Click on the "Active" tab and select "Completed" to load your completed transcript. 
4. Locate your completed course. 
5. Select the drop-down across the course title. 
6. From the drop-down, select "View Certificate."

Please Note: Certificates are only available for web-based training (WBT).
