We can reset passwords for users. Users must first use the 'Forgot Password' option. If the user is not able to reset his/her password using that option, you can process a login request.

Note: Login Requests can only be sent to the email address ON FILE. PLEASE VERIFY EMAIL ADDRESS BEFORE PROCESSING.

To reset your password, kindly utilize the 'Forgot Password' on the NCUA LMS Login Page https://ncua.csodfed.com/client/ncua/cure.aspx.
